Company Driver Pay Scale and Benefits
- Base pay $0.31 to $0.33 per mile
- Seniority $0.01 after 1 Year
- $30.00 tarp pay
- $60.00 Weekly Early Bonus Pay
- $25.00 each extra stop
- $.05 per Mile Monthly Bonus over 8,000 miles
- Monthly Fuel Mileage Bonus up to $.08 per mile
- Safety Bonus $0.02 after 90 days no accidents or cargo loss
- Weekly settlement Pay
- Direct Deposit
- $500 Sign on Bonus
- Yearly $.005 per mile + $100 per year Christmas Bonus
- $.01 per mile paid vacation every 6 months after 1 year employment
- Choose regional be home every weekend or 48 State with great home time
- Full Major Medical, Dental, Optical, Accident, Life Insurance available through the company for as little as $5 per week
- 401k with Company Matching Funds
Owner/Operator Pay scale and Benefits:
- Owner/Operators average $.95 per mile-all miles
- Safety Bonus $0.02 after 90 days no accidents or cargo loss
- Pull our trailers at no charge
- We pay all permits - including apportaion plates at no charge!
- Plus fuel surcharge (rates dependent upon fuel rate)
- $25.00 each extra stop
Requirements:
- 28 years of age
- Class A CDL
- No accidents on MVR
- No more than 2 minor moving violations
- 2 years over the road driving experience
- Must have at least 1 year flatbed experience
- Must be able to pass Drug Test and Physical
- Must live in Houston or within 20 miles of I-45
- Must want to pride yourself on customer care and public service
